Welcome to Sharma Opticals ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1️⃣ Appointment & Shop Visits

• Appointments for eye testing can be booked via our website or WhatsApp.
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or technical issues.

2️⃣ Prescription & Accuracy

• We prepare eyewear based on the computerized eye test conducted at our store or the prescription provided by the customer.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of any third-party prescription provided to us.
• Lenses once fitted as per the confirmed prescription cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

⚠️ Disclaimer: Vision adaptation to new glasses can take 3-7 days. If discomfort persists, please visit our store for an adjustment.

3️⃣ Products & Collection

• We offer a wide range of branded frames and precision lenses.
• Full payment or a minimum advance is required to process custom lens orders.
• Eyewear must be collected from our store once ready. We will notify you via call/WhatsApp.

4️⃣ Warranty & Repairs

• Warranty on frames and lenses is provided as per manufacturer guidelines and varies by brand.
• All warranty claims are handled at our physical store. Please bring your original invoice for any claims.
• Repair services are subject to the condition of the material and availability of parts.

5️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Sharma Opticals is not liable for indirect damages or vision issues arising from user-neglect of prescribed eyewear instructions.

6️⃣ Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
